Bloody Gums

Last Sunday, Xin Lin gave us a scare when she knock her 1.5 teeth into her upper gums. She was supporting herself with the table and decided to sit down after standing for quite some time. But she stumbled and knock her chin at the side of the table, causing her teeth to sink into her upper gums. Initially, I didn't think of it as serious for she's always doing something like that. But she was putting her fist into her mouth and crying rather pitifully. When she finally allowed us to pull her fist out, it was covered with some blood. We immediately put in a hanky to add pressure on the wound. Fortunately, the bleeding stop very soon. Within 10 minutes of the episode, she was no longer crying and crawling all over the place again. Sigh, babies will be babies.
