Yes, my baby has hives, according to the doctor. Sigh. I looked up the internet and here's what I found: 'Hives, also known as urticaria or welts, are swollen areas on the skin. They can show up in different shapes and sizes, but are generally well defined, with a pale, central, raised area surrounded by a red border. And they usually itch.' But the hives did not seem to bother my baby much and they did not seemed itchy, well, at least, she's not scratching. They appear on mainly her thighs, hands and sometimes face.

According to the doctor, it can be a reaction caused by some food or viral infection. We suspect that it could be one of the ingredients that was in the porridge. We told our babysitter and decided to try one ingredient at a time to see which is the culprit.
