Xin Rui has recently started to grab whatever is near her tiny fingers. When I carry her, she will grab my hair and refuse to let go. Or she will grab my clothes or my hands when I play with her.
Besides that, she has started to flip over to her stomach more often. But she still have trouble with one of her hand when she attempts to flip over. One of her hand will be trapped below her tummy but she will still try to flip. It's funny to watch her.
Usually, we will find Xin Rui shifting downwards in her bed. But this morning, I found that she has flipped 3/4 to the side and she was holding to her beanie bag and sleeping. My hubby and I decided to remove all things from her bed from fear that she might suffocate herself.

Xin Rui has this blue little rabbit toy which will move with the music when we tug the string. But I find it too loud and we kept having to tug the string every 1 minute to entertain Xin Rui. Hence we decided to buy a battery operated toy instead. We fix the new toy to the side of her bed so that she can watch it anytime. There are 6 ponies and they will turn round in circles when you switch on the music. It was well worth the money because Xin Rui's eyes will be fixated on the ponies while we were changing her or we were busy with other things. Haha!

Xin Rui is now responding better to people and toys as well as different sounds. She will turn to me when I call her name and she loves to watch TV. I try not to let her watch too much TV but nowadays TV seems to be one of the things that will make her sleep after watching it for a while. Sigh...
