We brought Xin Lin for her vaccination early last week but was too busy to update the blog because Xin Rui fell sick shortly after. Sigh. Initially I thought it would be Xin Lin who will have fever because of her vaccination but ends up it's Xin Rui who had fever, flu and sore throat. Xin Lin only had mild fever and a bit of runny nose spread from her big sister.
We are all recovered now but it's Xin Lin's turn to get diarrhoea. It's painful to hear her cry pitifully when she got diaper rash because of the constant runs. Her whole face turns red and she cried in misery every time we touch her bum. Hopefully, my little precious will recover very soon.
Anyway, Xin Lin is 8.4kg now and she measures around 66-68cm in length (I cant really remember). Dr Tan was pleased with her overall development and said she's very 'solid'. Hahaha. She's also very responsive to him and chuckled when Dr Tan used a little torchlight to check her eyeball movement. However, when it was time for her vaccination, she cried loudly as soon as the needle poked into her thigh. Fortunately, she stopped crying soon. Phew.
It'll be another 1/2 year before Xin Lin needs to go back for her vaccination and I can't wait for all the vaccinations to be done so that my little princess need not go through all the pain :P
