Since it's my 2nd time doing confinement, I know what to expect and make myself more comfortable this time round. My day starts around 8.30 -9am when I wake up to wash up, have breakfast, pump milk or feed baby if she's hungry, surf internet, have lunch, pump milk or feed baby, rest, have dinner, rest, pump milk, watch tv, play with Xin Rui then sleep. But Xin Rui has been rather cranky lately. When it's bedtime, she will walk round the bedroom, screaming loudly, play with the fan, read her books, terrorise Munk Munk, scream some more, climb up and down the bed and side table, scream if you attempt to hold and stop her. And this will last almost until midnight, when she's finally tired and fall asleep in my arms. It seems like my sweet little angel has turned into a monster at night. Hahaha! Sigh. I sure hope this will only be temporary, if not, I will go nuts if this goes on every single night...:P
Xin Rui is also interacting more with Xin Lin. It's cute to see her stretch her little hands to reach out to touch Xin Lin's head in between the wooden bars of the baby cot and laugh happily each time she did that. It's also sweet to see her try to 'sayang' Xin Lin when we allow her close to her. But she's a bit too rough with her and cannot go unsupervised. She even attempted to sit on Xin Lin's yellow bouncy chair cos she's now into sitting on everything she can find, including the base of our standing fan. Yup, you read it right, she will inch her little bottom as near to the base of our standing fan as she possibly can and sit on it. So when she attempted to sit on the yellow bouncy chair, I almost fainted. Hahaha!

Xin Rui more interested in the tv than in her new baby sister...
...still engrossed in the tv commercials...

...then she finally noticed.....the yellow bouncy chair strap...haa!

...Xin Rui gave baby sister Xin Lin a pat while watching her favourite commercials...

"Hi, Mei Mei. Jie Jie sayang you, ok?"

"So this is what babies smell like...hee!"
