My little princess is 14 months old today!!!! She's definitely more active nowadays, walking around the house to explore everyday. There's also more interaction between her and our dog, Munk Munk. She will bully and terrorise him even when we ask her to sayang him. Sometimes, she will listen to us and pat Munk Munk. But other times, she will continue to pull his tail or fur. Sigh, my poor dog...
She is also starting to understand some of the stuffs that we are saying to her. When we tell her not to do certain things, she will pause for a while before she decides if she wants to be naughty or nice. Hahaha! If she's feeling naughty, she will continue to do whatever she fancies.
Now that she has mastered the art of walking, she would refused to have her hand held by us. But yesterday, when I asked if she wants to hold my hand, she reached out and let me hold her hand while we walked from the kitchen to the living room. However, once we reached the living room, she refused to have her hand held. Hahaha! She certainly has our genes for stubborness :P
She's also eating much more and sometimes her appetite really amazes me. She can drink 240ml of milk and be hungry 1.5 - 2 hrs later. We will either give her another 240ml of milk or one big bowl of porridge and she can always finish everything. When she sees me with food or drink, she will climb onto my lap and attempt to have some of it. Somehow, I think babies are like dogs, always greedy and always hungry for attention. Hahaha!
Recently, I've been telling Xin Rui to pat my tummy and sayang her Mei Mei. Not too sure if she understands or not. But sometimes she'll be naughty and pull my t-shirt or blouse up to look at my tummy. Hahaha! :P
Oh and did I mention that she can gesture goodbye too? Though she only does it when she feels like doing it. And oh ya, she can hi-5 as well. Hee! If only, I can get her to kiss goodbye.
