Mooz & Stripes: Happy Birthday To Me!

On 28 Aug, I turned one year older again. Time really flies. It's hard to imagine that I'm already a mother of an adorable daughter. Hahaha! My hubby took leave to celebrate my birthday with me and for once, we were able to catch a movie together without worrying about the baby. Later in the evening, we went back to our babysitter's house to fetch Xin Rui. This is the first time I'm celebrating my birthday with my hubby, dog and our latest addition, Xin Rui! Hehehe! Xin Rui seemed extremely interested in my birthday cake because of the candle. I think she almost wanted to eat the yummy cake too. Haha!

My mum, sis, brother-in-law and niece also help to celebrate my birthday last Sunday. My elder sis bought the cake and I think the cake was supposed to be a surprise for me and my younger sis. My younger sis and my birthday is merely 3 days apart, so we normally celebrate together. But when my niece came, she asked me when they can cut the cake and sing the 'Happy Birthday' song for me. Hahaha, so sweet. So I asked her to sing though we I was not supposed to know about the cake. So Ariel sang and planted a big kiss on my cheek. She later on refused to sing again when it was time to cut the cake cos she was too shy in front of so many people. Hahaha!

My niece has not seen her Bao Bei Xin Rui for quite some time as she was sick. Last Sunday, both of them got to meet at last and of course, my niece, Ariel went up to Xin Rui immediately and wanted to play with her. I asked Ariel to sit nearer to Xin Rui to take a photo. Initially, she was shy, but later on, she found it fun and sat nearer to Xin Rui. So I managed to get some nice shots of the two best friends.
