Little Moo Moo went for her first haircut last Sunday. Well, technically, it's not a haircut because all her hair had been shaved off. Hahaha! We brought her to a nearby barber shop to shave her hair. Initially, I wanted to bring her to a nice hair salon but it costs $15 for a simple shave. So we decided to go for the nearby barber shop who only charged $5 for a shave and saved $10! Hehe!
The whole thing lasted for less than 5 minutes. I wanted to take a photo of Xin Rui before her hair is all gone, but the barber was much too fast. The moment, Xin Rui settled down in her father's lap, the barber started shaving Xin Rui's hair off. He did a good job and Xin Rui is now officially botak. Haha!! I think Xin Rui was a bit blur when the barber started shaving her hair. But his actions were too fast and before Xin Rui knew it, all the hair were gone. She has no time to react. It was a good thing because we were afraid that Xin Rui would be frightened and starts to cry. Fortunately, everything went well and the shaver that the barber used was very quiet, so Xin Rui wasn't startled by the big shaver on her head.
