But recently, she will look at the cards, listen to me and watch my actions. For eg, I will wave my hand at her and keep repeating the word 'wave'. I think she is beginning to grasp the concept and she will raise her hand and sort of wave back at me. Though it's not a proper wave, I think that's enough progress for a 3 month old baby. Haha! She will also love it when I hold both her hands and pretend to clap them. And I will repeat the word 'clap, clap' to her. Sometimes, I repeat the words so much, my mouth feels a bit sore because I will emphasize the word every time I say it. Haha!

Lift-The-Flap Cards
Being a typical kiasu parent, I bought these cards for my little princess. I read that babies are like sponge and they can absorb a lot even at such a tender age. So, I decided to buy these cards since I got some Kiddy Palace vouchers anyway. Initially, Xin Rui did not show much interest in these cards. I tried to follow the instructions and keep repeating the words to her and incorporating some actions to make it more interesting but she simply bo chap me after a short while.
