I presently weigh 55kg and my tummy is around 34 inches. Slightly better than what I imagine. I thought I would be above 55kg, judging the way I eat nowadays. I craved for sinful food like fried kway teow, fried carrot cake, curry puff, laksa, fast food etc. These food are not going to help in reducing my cholesterol...sigh! So I'm trying my very best to limit my intake of such sinful food and take more healthy stuffs instead. :P Miss Moo Moo is now 479g and she is within the average healthy range of 300 - 500g for a 5 month foetus.
I also have more leg cramps, especially in my left leg these days. Sometimes, it's so bad, I have to limp in get to the bathroom. Sigh. Gone were the days when I can shop for a whole day. These days, I would be lucky if I can shop for 2 hours. More often than not, my legs become sore just slightly after one hour. Thank goodness I'm a fast shopper, or else, I would never get my shopping done. I'm now pretty much done with buying all the necessary stuffs for Miss Moo Moo. So far, I've not bought any expensive clothings for Moo Moo due to practical issues. But that is also because I've yet to come across anything so adorable that I simply could not resist for our Moo Moo. Haha!
My hubby heard from his friend that it's good to play Buddhist chanting/music to babies. So we went to the temple and got a free cd. We played it to Moo Moo and guess what? She kicked quite a few times in my tummy! We thought it might be coincidental, so we played some other music and her movements were significantly lesser. A few days later, we played the buddhist chanting to her again and once again, she kicked more vigorously than ever. We concluded that she must have loved hearing it. So I think we are going to play it more often. Hopefully, she will be even-tempered like her daddy. Hee! :>
