Finally...

Been feeling a little guilty for not updating the blog for a few months. Previously, I had problem posting my entries. And then subsequently, I became a little lazy and forgot to update the blog. A few days ago, my hubby asked why I have not been updating the blog recently. So today, I finally decided to start blogging again. To those who have been following my blog, sorry for making you wait. Hee!

My two little princesses has grown a lot since the last time I updated the blog. Xin Rui is able to comunicate better though there's not much progress with her potty training. Sometimes, she will decide that she will not wear her diapers and go to the toilet to pee but most of the times, she will refused to go to the toilet to pee. I have to constantly ask her if she wants to go to to the toilet. She still have a good appetite though she's drinking less milk, She has developed this liking for white rice, mushroom and soup. Sometimes, she will still eat her one and only vege - broccoli. She amazed us by eating nothing but a big bowl of white rice. Sometimes, with just some mushroom and soup.

Xin Lin's appetite is also growing and she is also eating more than before and not as picky. But sometimes, she takes a long time to eat certain food. For eg, she can hold on to a piece of candy and take half an hour to take small bites of it before finally finishing it. Other times, she will hold on to her piece of bread and also take tiny bite while being followed by our dog, Munk Munk (bread is my dog's favurite food). There have been a few times where Munk Munk managed to gobble up the bread when Xin Lin is distracted and lower her bread down within Munk Munk's reach. When this happens, Xin Lin used to cry loudly and point at Munk Munk. But she has learnt to scold Munk Munk 'Naughty Boy' and tell him 'No' fiercely. I think she learnt it from us. Hee!

Both Xin Rui and Xin Lin are talking more and learning new words everyday. Sometimes, they will surprise us by identifying certain things and naming them correctly. There was once when we heard the ambulance and Xin Rui suddenly said 'ambulance'.

Both my girls also amused us sometimes by imitating us. Sometimes, Xin Rui will talk to Xin Lin as if she were me.While Xin Lin will flip the story books and pretend to read out the story like what I do every night before their bedtime.

The duo never fail to amaze me everyday...:)
