Mummy, Where Are You?

No, I did not lose my daughters nor did my daughters get lost. This is just Xin Lin's favourite question, or rather, sentence, hahaha!

Almost everyday, she will ask 'Mummy, where are you?' right in front of erm......me. Hahaha! And she will usually just look at me and smile and repeat the question a few times with me answering her "I'm right in front of you.'

One day, she was sitting in her high chair and facing the kitchen and I was in the kitchen washing her milk bottle. Suddenly, she looked at me in the eye and asked her favourite question in her sweetest voice: 'Mummy, where are you?' I gave my usual reply 'I'm right in front of you' and then I added 'You are looking at me.'

Instead of just smiling and repeating the question like usual, she suddenly turned her head away and looked at the ceiling, pretending that she didn't see me and then asked 'Mummy, where are you?' Hahahaha! So cute!

Ahhhhh, the joy of being a mother :)
