Baby Smooth Skin

People always say that babies have the smoothest skin. But my little princess has little spots and rashes on her face and neck since she was one week old, Her complexion was really terrible and her cheeks felt rough. Luckily, after applying some baby lotion to her cheeks, her skin condition were much better and her cheeks became smooth again... But there are still rashes on her neck. I heard that jasmine flowers were effective on such rashes, so I'm trying them to see if they work.
