38 Inch Waist

Just two days ago, I measured my tummy again and amazingly it has increased by another inch to 38 inches. No wonder, my tummy felt so tight and my skin is getting itchy again.

I'm back to my nightly ritual of waking up to pee once every night. I think so far, there's only one night where I slept throughout the night without waking up to pee at all cos I was so tired that night.

My golden honeymoon 2nd trimester is over and I'm starting to feel the strain that comes with the 3rd trimester. I feel more tired easily and I can't eat too much without feeling bloated and uncomfortable. I can only take smaller and frequent meals. Still, my appetite is very good.

Recently, my friend told me that I can try doing some Kegel exercise to strengthen my pelvic muscle for easy delivery. According to this website that I read: 'Kegel exercise or Pelvic floor exercise can help prepare your body for delivery. The pelvic floor muscles support the rectum, vagina, and urethra in the pelvis. Strengthening these muscles by doing Kegel exercises may help you have an easier birth. They will also help you avoid leaking urine during and after pregnancy. Pelvic muscles are the same ones used to stop the flow of urine. Tighten the pelvic floor muscles for 5 to 10 seconds, relax for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 to 20 times, 3 times a day. You can do Kegel exercises standing, sitting, or lying down.' So I'll try to do more such exercise to prepare myself and hopefully I'll have an easier time during labor.

Tomorrow is the day I can see Moo Moo and see her progress. So excited, can't wait :>
